WE WON AGAIN/40TH POST/RED SOX MADE IT TO THE WORLD SERIES AGAIN!!!!!!

BONUS! We won 37-0 against Viewpoint (and I got a tackle!) and this is the 40th post in my blog, and th Red Sox came back and are going to the world series! I feel so happy. We're playing Webb this Saturday and that's probably going to be a blowout. Well, look for next week's update.

......WHAT?!?!?!?!?!!!!

...that was my reaction when I got in my truck after school and saw that the gas needle was tilting very dangerously near to "E" and the little gas light was on. So, I went to the gas station and that was my reaction again when I saw the prices ($3.03 per gallon) And I allow myself 20 bucks a week for gas, and last week it got me 7 gallons and this week I got about 6.25. And the truck I drive is a Dodge 2500 V10. Gas mileage isn't that bad; I average about 16 miles a gallon, which is way above average for a V10. And I've been saving up for a Zune, but I guess that's going to have to wait until I get a more steady source of income. Or when I'm up at home more so I can wash more dishes for camp and get more money that way.

....and I just remembered that I have team dinner tonight, a psychology project to finish, a literature paper to write, 2 hours of piano to practice and the Red Sox game is on tonight. I sure hope they don't get knocked out, or I may get the afore mentioned reaction again.

WE WON!!!!!

We played Pasadena Poly and we we walloped them 44-17. And I got to play alot in 3 of the 4 quarters. Now I remember what it feels like to be alive again.

...we lost again

....and I didn't play either. Now we're 0-4 and boy am I in the dumps. We start league this week, and I sure hope we at least finish the season strong and get into playoffs.

...and I have officially determined that I'm probably not going to blog regularly until after football season when my head doesn't hurt. I guess I'll be doing this weekly until then.........

Random Ramblings of A Madman

....did the title catch your attention? If it did, I fooled you. These are the random ramblings of a sane man. And without further ado......

Last week was science camp. My dad taught the seniors (us) survival and Mr. Orrick taught the juniors astronomy (thankfully that class is over for me...we had to memorize like a zillion things last year for that). The week went by really fast, and Mr. Loomis gave us good devotions (see my other blog for details...coming soon [I hope]). And we didn't have a game this week, but we're back on this week and we're playing Maranatha Friday night, and both their 1st and 2nd string QB's are badly injured so now they have a sophomore QB with practically no arm and our defense is very effective at stopping runs, so we're pretty much going to shut down their offense. Which means I have a better chance at playing time.

....other than that, I got a bluetooth for my cell phone!! It makes things alot easier when I'm driving around.

...and Demon Hunter's new album is coming out next month and I can't wait for it!!!! I heard one song on their myspace (Fade Away) and it's so much different than The Triptych but it is FRICKIN awesome!! The album's called Storm the Gates of Hell.
